Master's Degree (Level 7, MQF) in a related field

• A Master’s Degree (Level 7, MQF) in a related field as accepted by the University Senate; OR

Master's Degree (Level 7, MQF) in a non-related field

• A Master’s Degree (Level 7, MQF) in a non-related field as accepted by the University Senate, with relevant working experience, subject to a rigorous internal assessment; OR
• A Master’s Degree (Level 7, MQF) in a non-related field as accepted by the University Senate and without relevant working experience, subject to completion of pre-requisite courses; OR

Other qualifications equivalent to a Master’s Degree (Level 7, MQF) recognised by the Malaysian Government.

Admission Criteria through APEL.A

• At least 35 years old in the year of application
• Holds at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualifications (or higher qualifications such as a Postgraduate Certificate or Postgraduate Diploma)
• Have at least five (5) years of relevant working experience after completing the Bachelor’s Degree
• Pass the APEL.A assessment at the Doctorate level (Level 8, MQF)

• MUET: Band 4
• IELTS: 6.0
• TOEFL iBT: 60
• Pearson English Test (PTE): 59
• Cambridge English Qualification: 169
• Any English qualifications equivalent to CEFR Mid B2 level.
